Terms & Conditions
Everything you need to know about your Study Marathon and how to make the most of it.
What's Included
- The Study Marathon is a Free, 2-Day Trial Pass to Focus Room, valid at both Peelamedu and Thoppampatti branches.
- Marathon hours are 9 AM – 9 PM, regardless of the branch's regular operating hours.
- The pass is valid only for the selected branch and date(s) booked, subject to seat availability.
Eligibility
- The Study Marathon is intended for New Visitors Only; existing active Focus Room members are not eligible.
- Each person can avail the Study Marathon only once per calendar month. After using it, the next eligible booking is in the following month.
- Each Study Marathon pass is non-transferable and valid only for the individual who registered.
Booking, Branch & Dates
- The selected branch will apply for both days of the Marathon; branch cannot be changed between Day 1 and Day 2.
- The 2 Study Marathon days need not be consecutive but must both be used within the same calendar month as the registration. Unused days will not carry forward to the next month.
- Study Marathon bookings are subject to seat availability. Once registered, Focus Room staff will verify availability for the selected date and confirm via WhatsApp or Call. If the selected date is unavailable, staff will offer the next available date based on preference.
- Members may reschedule their Study Marathon date once. Further changes to the booked date will not be permitted.
At the Branch
- Members must carry a Valid ID Proof (Student ID, Aadhaar, or College ID) and may be asked to present it at check-in.
- Members must follow Focus Room's standard rules — Strict Silence in study areas, No Food or Drinks at desks, and Respectful Use of shared spaces.
- Focus Room reserves the right to ask members to vacate the premises if rules are not followed.
- Personal belongings are the member's responsibility; Focus Room is not liable for loss or damage.
Offer Terms
- The Study Marathon offer cannot be combined with other plans or discounts.
- If a member subscribes to a monthly plan after using the Study Marathon, the plan's validity period starts fresh from the subscription date — the 2 Marathon days will not be deducted from the plan's duration.
- Repeated no-shows after booking a Study Marathon slot, or any misuse of the offer, may result in the member being made ineligible for future Study Marathon bookings.
Other
- By registering, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp or phone regarding your booking and future offers.
- Focus Room reserves the right to modify, postpone, or discontinue the Study Marathon offer at any time without prior notice.
